I thought I would share the measurements of my 11 inch fashion doll because I have a few other projects in the works for her. She is similar in size to Barbie type dolls, but, very likely, not exactly the same. I bought my doll at a big box craft store and according to her packaging she was intended as a doll to have clothes crocheted for her. Since I didn't already have an actual, official Barbie, I thought I would try using her for sewing clothes for. If you use my patterns it might be a good idea to print out the measurements I list below and then take the same measurements on your doll or dolls so that you can compare and adjust as needed.

Measurements

Height - 11 inches
Back, neck to waist - 2 1/4 inches
Front, neck to waist - 2 1/2 inches
Underarm to waist - 1 1/4 inches
Shoulders, across back - 2 1/2 inches

Arm length - 3 1/4 inches
Upper arm circumference - 1 1/4 inches
Lower arm circumference - 1 1/4 inches

Waist - 3 3/4 inches
Chest - 5 1/2 inches
Hips - 5 1/4 inches
Underarm to underarm - 3 inches around front

Waist to ankle - 6 5/8 inches
Inseam - 5 inches
Thigh circumference - 3 1/4 inches
Calf circumference - 2 inches

Head circumference - 4 1/4 inches
