Vitamin Nutrition Database
Being a healthy person involves giving your body all the vitamins and nutrients it needs every day. Your body doesn't tend to "store" many vitamins long term in your system. Vitamins that are called water soluble vitamins are vitamins that - just like the name indicates - dissolve in water. That means if you eat a batch of these vitamins in the morning, by the evening they're probably gone. You need to give your body a fresh batch the next morning in order for your cells to function well that next day.
The water soluble vitamins are Vitamin C and then the group of Vitamin Bs, so make extra sure that you get those into your regular daily diet!
While popping pills might seem like an easy solution, we learn more every day about how complicated vitamins are. Doctors generally recommend that you get as many vitamins as possible in natural foods, for that reason!
Here are the pages we have created on the vitamins in our system! More will be added soon!
