plain gray V-neck sweater
plain black knee-length skirt
after gym
i discovered that
someone had run off
with my real clothes and
left these.

an orange Anna Sui dress
a two-tone orange Carlos Falchi bag
a tangerine jacket by Victor Alfaro
and a pair of Christian Roth sunglasses.

since it was all free
I went and dyed my black hair
flaming red
told my plain-self ciao
and now I bloom.
