MUSED keeps getting better! I was really impressed with Lisa Shea´s interview with Glynnis Campbell. As a fledgling writer, I try to evaluate different writing styles and techniques. This interview was well written that showcased Glynnis' ideas and philosophy. I was greatly inspired by the article and its content. Thanks for the great advice.

I immensely enjoyed reading, ´Asphalt Flowers´ by Jane Adams. The piece left me with a sense of hope. I was taken in by Don Berry´s piece, ´The Nuclear Blast´ with the ending leaving me quite emotional. I loved it! I loved the realizations of the main character in Ruthe McDonald´s ´A Double Dose of Biscotti´ and Rachel Grace Koeler´s ´Like Paul & Joanne´. I thoroughly enjoyed this issue, all the stories and great artwork / photos! Keep up the good work!

Even though poetry is not my forte; I did like "The Very Speedy Prayer" I enjoy "Short Stories" because of my time constraints.

I read some of the non-fiction that I thought couldn´t have been true; they were so sad.

I thought the "Letter to Our Readers" by Melissa was well written.

My favorite was the Art & Photography. Geisha was stunning. I like the color lavender so "Priorat´s Purple Flower" was a winner for me. "Ice Hotel" was very pretty as was "Indian Colorful, Genesis" (simply gorgeous eyes).

I see you´ve done another great job with a wide variety of art forms. It´s a pleasure to be part of it!

I´m not sure what part of the country you live in, but spring is slow in coming up here in Maine. There´s still plenty of snow on the ground, and the temperature is still dipping into the lower twenties and upper teens in the night. But there are signs! And this issue of Mused is one of them.

In your browser if you go to File - Print Preview, you can see how the poem will lay out on a printed page. Then in the Scale drop-down box try zooming to 150% or 200%. You can play with the zoom factor until you get it just the way you wish!
