Hello chocolate fans! I’m Brandii, your Chocolate Editor. I’m thrilled to combine my passion for writing with my love of chocolate at Bella Online.
My writing portfolio includes articles on news, politics, lifestyles, and gardening for print and online publications, including The Mountain Times, USA Today, Gardenguides.com, and Trails.com to name a few.
My experience and love for chocolate began with a chocolate “Easy Bake Oven” cake as a kid. Thankfully, my cooking skills evolved into helping make my grandmother’s Mississippi Mud Cake. From there, I grew up with fond memories of making many chocolate treats with my wonderful (and patient) family, including peppermint chocolate brownies, chocolate cupcakes, fudge, double hot chocolate, chocolate crunch cookies, dark chocolate pizza and more!
Cooking with chocolate continues to bring me joy today, and I hope my recipes inspire you in your own chocolate culinary pursuits.
