Weight of Food = Weight Gain
It probably seems like an odd idea, but it's true. You can't gain more weight than the weight of the food you eat. If you eat a quarter pounder of beef, the most you could possibly gain from it is 1/4 pound.
Alcohol and Dieting
Some people think that because most alcohols have low or zero carbs, that you can drink unlimited amounts of them on a diet and not gain weight. That is completely untrue!
How Much Weight Can I Lose?
One of the most frequent questions to the low carb site regards how much weight the visitor is going to lose, and how quickly. Like everything in life, it really depends on many factors.
